Return Guidelines
Window: Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Condition: We only accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise. All original tags must be attached.
Inspection: Once we receive your package, our team will inspect the item. A refund or exchange will only be processed if the clothing is confirmed to be in its original, unworn condition.
Shipping & Costs
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.

If an item is returned to us in a condition that indicates it has been worn or damaged, we reserve the right to deny the return and ship the item back to the customer at their expense.
